Chantè leads the Adult Day Care team. Jones’ healthcare experience spans from clinical nursing to healthcare administration. She specialized in the areas of cardiology and emergency medicine. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southeastern Louisiana and a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
Prior to joining the Adult Day Program, she served as Manager of Health Services for both Adult Day Care and the Early Learning Service programs. Jones is eager to combine her passion for health with her love for community to enrich the lives of participants in our program.

Stacie is a New Orleans native and proud graduate of Grambling State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a focus in Gerontology, Family and Life Counseling and Concepts in Aging Society. Prior to joining the team, she worked for the State of LA Office of Citizens and Developmental Disabilities as their Residential Counselor and Community Integration Liaison. Stacey’s professional career has focused on ensuring sustainable growth and a healthy quality life for people of all ages. Working with elders has always been an aspiration of hers. She credits this affinity for this work to the many elders who have impacted her life since childhood.
David has served as a case manager in the Adult Day Care program for over 19 years. A graduate of Southern University with a Bachelor of Social Work, David enjoys utilizing his skills to support participants and their families. He specializes in listening to and understanding the situations and emotions that our adults experience, and helping provide solutions to challenges. David is also an avid Saints and Southern Football fan.
Darvin has been a member of the Adult Day Care team since 2015. Darvin’s career has always focused on enhancing the lives of elderly and disabled adults and his experience includes working as a certified nursing assistant. In his current role, Darvin coordinates and implements activities which provide opportunities for socialization, education, exercise, relaxation, and self-expression aimed at fulfilling basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs of participants. Wallace also assists the physically, emotionally, and cognitively-impaired individuals as well as caregivers explore appropriate recreation and leisure pursuits in accordance with best practices.
Jasmine has worked with elders and adults with disabilities since 2010. Her area of focus was in activity implementation, rehabilitation, and administration. Jasmine coordinates the enrollment of participants and happily answers questions of caregivers.
