At Kingsley House, we appreciate each contribution regardless of size or scale. Every gift to Kingsley House is an investment in the recovery of our community and directly impacts the lives of children, individuals and families throughout Southeast Louisiana.
Here are some ways to contribute to Kingsley House and some general guidelines regarding contributions.
Donate Online
You can make an online contribution to Kingsley House in any amount, great or small, through PayPal. Through PayPal, you may use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or even transfer funds electronically from your bank account. The transaction is simple, safe, secure, and free, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to make the contribution.

Personal Checks
You may make a donation by mailing a personal check made out to Kingsley House and mail it to:

We will acknowledge your contribution by mailing a receipt to the address denoted on the check. If you wish to have the receipt mailed to an address other than that listed on the check, please indicate accordingly.
Tribute
Another way to contribute is to make a financial donation on behalf of a third party, such as a friend or loved one. This is also a popular alternative for gift giving around holidays, birthdays and other special occasions.
Stock
A gift of publicly-traded securities can have tax advantages to the donor as well as support the mission of Kingsley House. Please consult your tax advisor.
Workplace Giving
An easy way to increase your gift to Kingsley House is through your employer's matching gift program. Numerous organizations, including companies, corporations, foundations, not-for-profit organizations and associations match their employee's charitable contributions, sometimes as much as double the amount of the initial gift.
In-kind Donations
We generally accept in-kind donations, depending on the items and their respective condition, as well as whether they match our needs at that time. However, we cannot accept any items without prior consent (i.e., no drop-offs). If you are interested in donating in-kind items to Kingsley House, please contact Development Director Donna Paramore at 504.523.6221 ext. 163. If we are able to accept the donated items, we will schedule a time for you to deliver the donated items to the Kingsley House Main Campus.
