On May 15, Kingsley House celebrated 112 years as a leader in the field of social services during our
Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony.

To start things off properly, children from the Kingsley House Head Start preschool led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. |

This year, Assistant Secretary Adren Wilson of the Louisiana Department of Social Services' Office of Family Support was the keynote speaker. Wilson inspired participants with his personal account of overcoming poverty as a child and striving to make a difference in helping others. |

Libby Milton (center) was presented the Beverley Warner Award for her outstanding service to Kingsley House. Rev. Henry Hudson of Trinity Episcopal Church (left), Executive Director Keith Liederman (back) and Board President Skip Brechtel (right) were on hand to honor Libby with this prestigious award. Libby has worked at Kingsley House for over 46 years and is the only person ever to have received the Warner Award twice. |

The Latino Health Access Network of the Hispanic Apostolate Community Services, led by Shaula Lovera (front, right), received the McMain Group Citizenship Award for their outstanding service in the community. Their work has been invaluable in helping to connect Latino communities with much needed resources and have also helped Health Care For All staff become more effective in reaching out to Spanish-speaking families. |

The Libby Milton Champion for Children Award will recognize a member of the Kingsley House community who makes significant contributions on behalf of children. |
